Access to the provided Services

We cannot ensure that our services will operate without interruption or errors. We cannot be held responsible if we are unable to provide our service due to reasons beyond our control. Remint Ltd denies liability for any coding or system bugs, as well as for any full or partial disruption of service delivery, which is provided on a “best efforts” basis. Your access to the Service may occasionally be restricted to facilitate repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new features or services. Restrictions on Service Utilization

You agree not to offer for sale any Remint units or derivatives of such units for other currencies prior to the launch of the Remint Network Mainnet.

You acknowledge and agree that you are the sole owner of your account and the Remint units associated with it, and you will not transfer your account to any other individual, group, or organization.

You acknowledge and agree to register on the network with only one account and one device, and you must complete the KYC Step in order to transfer the Remint units to a wallet.

You agree not to engage in any illicit and/or illegal transactions using Remint Network.

You agree not to participate in or attempt to engage in activities that seek to defraud Remint Ltd, another person, or entity, including providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information to unlawfully obtain the property of another.

You agree not to engage in activities that transmit, exchange, or are otherwise supported by the direct or indirect proceeds of criminal, terrorist, or fraudulent activity.

Violation of any of these terms may result in the invalidation of your account and forfeiture of your entire balance. You agree that you assume full responsibility in the event of the invalidation of your account and cancellation of your balance. Remint Ltd, the Remint Network, and its developers bear no liability for the invalidation of your account, cancellation of your balance, or cancellation of transferred Remint units.

Volatility of Crypto Currencies

By agreeing to the Terms of Service, you acknowledge the high volatility of blockchain technologies and associated coins or tokens, influenced by factors such as adoption, speculation, and technological and security risks.

You also understand that once the Remint Mainnet is launched or Remint is listed on an exchange, it will undergo similar volatility and be subject to the same factors as other cryptocurrencies. Additionally, you recognize that transaction costs on such technologies are variable and may increase unexpectedly, affecting activities conducted on blockchains.

You acknowledge these risks and affirm that Remint Network cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in value or increased costs.

Ownership Rights

You acknowledge and consent that the Service, website, mobile application, including their design, code, network architecture, all software products featured on the website or mobile application, and graphics, are subject to intellectual property rights owned by Remint Network and its licensors. These rights are protected by relevant intellectual property and other laws. Without express authorization from Remint Network, you agree not to copy, modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works based on the Service or Content, whether in whole or in part.

Remint Network’s trademarks and the Remint’s design (the “Trademarks”) are trademarks owned by Remint Ltd. You are prohibited from using the Trademarks without prior written permission from Remint Network.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, without consideration of conflicts of law principles. Disputes under or relating to the Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the District Court of the United Kingdom. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
